Refunds and cancellation
How cancelling and refunds work at OnlineRecords.US. The price, the renewal date and these terms are also shown at checkout before you pay.
Free reports
Free reports are free. There is nothing to cancel and no card is needed.
Premium and Unlimited memberships
- Memberships renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- An introductory price, when offered, covers the first period only. Checkout shows the date the regular price starts.
- Cancel online at any time: Your account → Manage billing. Cancel before the date shown at checkout and the regular price is never charged.
- After you cancel, no further charges are made and your membership stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds: email support@onlinerecords.us from the address on your membership. We review every request and reply by email.
Title and lien searches
Each search is a separate order with its own price and turnaround, shown before you pay. Before we send your order to a research provider you can cancel for a full refund. After the provider has started, the provider fee is refunded only if the provider refunds it to us, and our service fee is refunded in full if we can't deliver the research you ordered.
