Title and lien searches by our researchers are an additional fee per property, quoted before you pay. They aren't included in Premium or Unlimited.

Refunds: to ask about a refund, contact us from the email address on your membership. Title and lien searches arrive within the turnaround shown before you pay; if a city or county takes longer to answer a request, the report says what was requested and the answer is added free when it arrives.

OnlineRecords.US reports and searches are records searches. They are not title insurance, a title commitment, an abstract of title or a legal opinion, and they are not consumer reports under the FCRA. Records come from public sources and can lag or contain errors. Records that sit behind a county website's CAPTCHA or login are looked up by a person, never by automated CAPTCHA solving.
