What you get
Each report covers a single property and is compiled automatically from publicly available government records at the time you request it. Reports are free. The report shows on the website as each section arrives, and you can download a PDF copy. To see a report we ask for your email address and mobile phone number; marketing by email or text happens only if you tick the separate boxes for it. See the privacy policy.
Sources and accuracy
Parcel, owner and value data come from the Florida Department of Revenue statewide parcel roll, compiled annually from county property appraiser submissions. Recorded documents, tax and permit details come from county Clerk, tax collector and building department websites where they can be searched. Flood, elevation, hazard and environmental data come from FEMA, USGS, FDEM, FDEP, USFWS and EPA. We don't create or correct this data. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Verify anything material with the county property appraiser, clerk of court, tax collector or a licensed professional before relying on it.
Not a consumer report
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You may not use any report to decide eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenancy, or for any other FCRA-covered purpose.
Confidential records
Records exempt from disclosure under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes (for example, certain law-enforcement or judicial officers) are redacted by the source agencies. If you believe a report shows exempt information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Acceptable use
No automated scraping, resale of reports in bulk, or use to harass, stalk or threaten anyone.
Email and text messages
We send email or text messages about news and offers only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text (HELP for help). Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Opting in is never a condition of getting a report.
